MEETING REMINDER – The next BC Genealogical Society Meeting is Wednesday, February 8, 2012, at 7:30 pm at Edmonds Community Centre, 7282 Kingsway (Kingsway & Edmonds), Burnaby V5E 1G3.

Three sessions:

Discussion Group – Love & Marriage – courtship customs, records, witnesses, churches, banns.
Scottish Group –
US Group – Are you ready for the 1940 census??  Elvin Meyers will talk on “Researching My Powell Line”.  His main research area is the US so he will focus on that part of the research.  We will also include some commentary on the upcoming release of the 1940 US Census.
