BCGS General Meeting, Wed., Oct 12, 2016 in Burnaby

The next BC Genealogical Society General Meeting is Wednesday, 12 October 2016, 7:30 pm at the Danish Lutheran Church, 6010 Kincaid Street in Burnaby.

Groups meeting will be:

Canada – prairie provinces

All interested are welcome to attend. Refreshments available.

Fri. Oct. 14th – Lesley Anderson, speaking on researching women at Ancestry. Free, 7:30 pm at the Danish Lutheran Church. Click here for more details.

Sat. Oct. 15th – Finding Your Roots Seminar, all day; free. IT IS TIME TO REGISTER FOR FINDING YOUR ROOTS! Saturday October 15 from 8:30 – 4:30 at the Surrey Stake Centre. The deadline to register so you can print your handouts is Thursday October 13. If you show up on Saturday without pre-registering, you Will NOT Get Handouts.
PRE REGISTER at www.findingyourroots.ca Register even if you can only come for 1 or 2 classes.

Sat. Oct. 29th – The BCGS and Cloverdale Library are sponsoring the Brickwalls 3 Seminar and Consultations. Tickets available at the BCGS meeting or on-line on our website.

Sat. Nov. 5 – Canada Chat at the BCGS Library, 1 pm.
