BCGS Christmas Social Meeting, December 14, 2011, Burnaby, BC

The next general membership meeting of the BC Genealogical Society is December 14, 2011, 7:30pm at the Edmond Community Centre in Burnaby. This is traditionally a less formal meeting, starting with the incredible book sale, members’ family history displays, goodies, prizes and a whole lot more.

Presentations to the 2011 winners of the BCGS Most Improved Genealogist Awards will be made and the winners of the BCGS first annual Family History Book Awards have been invited as special guests. Some will bring book copies to sign and sell.

Bring a guest and come renew your membership while you are there.  Bring pocket books to donate to the book sale, and some baking too, if you can.
