BC Vital Event registration images on-line

You can know see many of the BC Vital Events historical registrations, with images, on-line, at both the BC Archives and FamilySearch sites, thanks to a project jointly developed by the British Columbia Archives, FamilySearch and the BC Vital Statistics Agency.

For the BC Archives searches, go to the information page: http://www.bcarchives.bc.ca/BC_Our_Collections/BC_Vital_Rrd_Collect.aspx
On your right hand side, choose either the new Vital Events search or the old.

At FamilySearch, you may go to the Canada collections page and choose the BC Vital Events database you want (births, marriages, deaths) or you may choose to do a wider search: https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/list#page=1&region=CANADA
