Using Facebook or Twitter for Genealogy – Jan/Feb 2014

Bookmark and Share

Would you like to learn about using Facebook and Twitter in your genealogy and family history reseach?

Each will help you search for family, let others know about your genealogy interests, and alert you to new or recommended genealogy and family history resources. Have questions about posting images, chatting, sharing, privacy or about the lingo? (What’s a hashtag? a timeline, a tweet, #FF,  Surname Saturday)

Attend the upcoming sessions at the BCGS Library in the Boardroom with M. Diane Rogers.

These are limited to 15 people, so to register for these 4 sessions, contact Eunice Robinson eunice @ dccnet.com.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own mobile devices (phones, IPads, netbooks, tablets, laptops) – WiFi is available at the library. Bring a lunch if you like; light refreshments available.
