The Historical Photo Detective: Roadshow
Thu Jun 10 | 10:00 am - 12:00 pm | Digital Branch
Have an old family photo in your album that you can’t date or place? Clothing, hairstyles, shoes, settings -- old photos are full of clues if you know how to read the evidence. Join The Photo Detective Maureen Taylor and learn how to analyze old photos. Registrants will be able to submit their own photos for analysis in this Roadshow-style program (10-15 photos will be chosen).
We will be using Microsoft Teams for this online program. You will need a computer with a microphone (or headphones) and webcam; or your smartphone, or iPad/tablet.
This program is brought to you by:
The BC Genealogical Society -- The British Columbia Genealogical Society is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Members have been researching, preserving and publishing their own family histories.
The Museum of Surrey -- Vibrant and ever changing, Museum of Surrey is a free local venue for wonder, dialogue and fun for the whole family.
